This room is located on the second floor and has a queen size bed, TV & DVD, and WI-FI. Great view to the Columbia River from your private enclosed sun porch with fireplace. Private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub/shower combination and bathrobes. This room is ideal for the Romantic Getaway package, $150.00 per night, plus room tax. This is our most spacious and private room which is located on the third floor. It has a sitting room, king size bed with fireplace, TV & DVD, WI-FI and large private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower combo and bathrobes. It also has an additional room, suitable for another couple. The other bedroom has a double bed and twin bed and also a writing desk. The cost is $140.00 per night for up to two adults plus room tax. $20 per night for each additional guest, this suite can accommodate up to 4 adults. Rose Room 
This room is located on the second floor and has a king size bed, cozy fireplace, TV & DVD, WI-FI. Private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soak tub (no shower) and bathrobes. This is room is ideal for the Romantic Getaway package. It accommodate 2 adults, cost $130.00 per night plus room tax. Othello 
This room is located on the second floor and has a queen size bed, TV & DVD, WI-FI and electric fireplace. With a private ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soak tub (no shower) and bathrobes. It has a view of the Astoria Column. The cost is $95.00 per night plus room tax, and accommodates 2 adults. Sunflare 
This room is located on the second floor and with a queen size bed, TV & DVD, WI-FI, electric fireplace, private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and bathrobes. It has a sun porch with a sitting area with 2 chairs and table and a great view of the Columbia River. The cost of this room is $110.00 per night plus room tax and can accommodate 2 adults.

CHILDREN: In consideration of other guests, children under the age of 16 are not allowed. The Rose River Inn and its surroundings are for the enjoyment of our guests ONLY. The County Health Department prohibits any guest to use the kitchen. The city & state lodging tax is 10% and will be added to your bill. This is a NON SMOKING establishment. If you choose to do so in the rooms, there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Room rates include a full breakfast, fresh fruit, a main dish and dessert, which is served each morning at 8:30 a.m. in the dinning room overlooking the Columbia River. For guests who need to leave early, we furnish a breakfast to go to take with you. Please let us know of any food allergies, breakfast is for guests only. An early coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies available from 7:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. If you need decaf coffee, please let me know ahead of time. Check In/Check Out: Check-In is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you should arrive early, please feel free to leave your car in front of our house and walk into town. Please no early check-ins. If you think that you will be arriving after 6 pm, please let us know prior to the date of your arrivail or call us so that we may make arrangements for your arrival. Check- out is at 11:00 am. Romantic Getaway: To celebrate your anniversary, birthday or just to say I Love You. A dozen roses, chocolate strawberries when in season otherwise chocolate truffles and your choice of champagne, wine or sparkling cider await you in your room. The cost would be $35.00, except during the month of February, the cost would be $50.00, plus the cost of the room. Awake to the aromas of a hearty breakfast. Please email us with your selection of beverage and color of roses at roseriverinn@charter.net or if you do webervations please indicate in the box provided for you. Winter Special: starting November 1st - March 31st stay 2 consecutive nights, get the 2nd night half off the same room. Please call us to book this special or make a note of it when you book on webervations. Not vaild with any other deals, discounts or gift certificates. For our guests we offer free wireless internet access. We also offer in house bicycle storage while you are staying with us. Deduct $10 per room for single occupancy, when available. Not valid with any coupons. Special services would include dinner reservations, massage and spa arrangements by special request. We have a DVD library of over 600 movies. Free to our guests to enjoy. No Pets allowed. We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash only. Cancellation Policy: We are a small family owned business and cancellations effect us greatly. If you have to cancel within seven days of your reservation and we do not rent the room to someone else, you will be charged for one nights stay including tax. If you have to cancel for any reason, there is a $20.00 fee for processing. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than seven days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made, minus the $20.00 processing fee. If you are booking a 3 night stay, you will be required to pay for one night in full, which is non-refundable. Reservations made within 7 days are final. AGAIN: Rose River Inn Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment. Winter discount: $10 off the regular room rate, November 1st through March 31st. |
