Room rates include a full breakfast, fresh fruit, a main dish and dessert,  which is served each morning at  9:00 a.m. in the winter and 8:30 a.m. in the summer (June - September),  in the dinning room overlooking the Columbia River. For guests who need to leave early, we furnish a breakfast to go to take with you.   Please let  us know of any allergies or special needs.   Breakfast is for guests only, unless prior arrangements have been made, with an additional fee of $20 per person. An early coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies available from 7:00 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Check In/Check Out:  Check-In is between 4 pm and 6 pm.  If you should arrive early, please feel free to leave your car in front of our house and walk into town.  Please no early check-ins.  If you think that you will be arriving after 6 pm, please call us so that we may make arrangements for your arrival.  Check- out is at 11:00 am.

Romantic Getaway:  To celebrate your anniversary, birthday or just to say I Love You.   A dozen roses, chocolate strawberries when in season otherwise chocolate truffles and your choice of  champagne, wine or sparkling cider await you in your room.  The cost would be $35.00, except during the month of February, the cost would be $50.00,  plus the cost of the room.  Awake to the aromas of a hearty breakfast.  Please email us with your selection of beverage and color of roses at roseriverinn@charter.net or if you do webervations please indicate in the box provided for you.

 Winter Special:  starting January 1st - March 31st stay 2 nights, get the 2nd night half off the same room.    Please call us to book this special.  Not vaild with any other deals, discounts or gift certificates.  Be sure to mention this special when you call or use our reservation request form.

For our guests we offer free wireless internet access.

Deduct $10 per room for single occupancy, when available.  Not valid with any coupons.

Special services would include dinner reservations, massage and spa arrangements by special request.

We have a DVD library of over 500 movies.  Free to our guests to enjoy.

No Pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small family owned business and cancellations effect us greatly.   If you have to cancel within seven days of your reservation and we do not rent the room to someone else,  you will be charged  for one nights stay including tax.  If you have to cancel for any reason, there is a $10.00 fee for processing.  In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than seven days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made, minus the $10.00 processing fee.  If you are booking more then a 3 night stay, you will be required to pay for one night in full, which is non-refundable.

Rose River Inn Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment.
