Our Astoria B&B, located in a 100 year old house, is ideally located just 3 short blocks to Astoria’s Historical Downtown area. And just 4 blocks to the Columbia River, the River walk and the Astoria Riverfront Trolley. Also in walking distance to the Columbia River Maritime Museum, The Liberty Theater and the Flavel House Museum. This 1912 Craftsman style home which is filled with country style antiques and is located in a National Historical District and is on the local historical register. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of the five guest rooms, all of which are located on the second and third floors, no bedrooms are located on the main floor. They all have en suite private bathrooms, with electric or gas fireplaces and some have views of the river. In the morning, awake to a full breakfast served in the at 8:30 a.m. family style (for guests only), in the dining room overlooking the Columbia River. Amenities include: WI-FI. JUST NOT IN FRONT OF MY NEIGHBORS HOMES, there is also 2 parking pads off street behind my home that you can use . Room rates include a full breakfast, fresh fruit, a main dish and dessert, which is served each morning at 8:30 a.m. in the dinning room family style overlooking the Columbia River. Please let us know of any food allergies prior to your arrival, breakfast is for guests only. An early coffee, tea, hot chocolate available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30a.m. BOOK NOW!
Check In/Check Out: Check-In is between 3:30 pm and 6 pm. If you should arrive early, please feel free to leave your car in front of our house and walk into town. Please no early check-ins. If you think that you will be arriving after 6 pm, please call us, please no check-ins later then 8 p.m. NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN IF YOU WANT TO CHECK IN AFTER 8 p.m. you need to call us 503-325-7175, before you book a reservation, please. Check- out is at 11:00 am.
For our guests we offer free wireless internet access. We also offer in house bicycle storage while you are staying with us.
Deduct $10 per room for single occupancy, when available. Not valid with any coupons.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small family owned business and cancellations effect us greatly. If you have to cancel within fourteen days of your reservation and we do not rent the room to someone else, you will be charged for one nights stay including tax. If you have to cancel for any reason, there is a $25.00 fee for processing. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than fourteen days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made, minus the $25.00 processing fee. If you are booking a 3 night stay, you will be required to pay for one night in full, which is non-refundable. Reservations made within 14 days are final.
